Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Subscription deliveries are sent every 28 days. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each 28-day cycle until you cancel. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, at no extra charge. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind — not only for defective items.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email us at veloraco@toyvault.us and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received by us.
